Person who claims himself/herself an intelligent, but usually holds one digit IQ are called Piddis (Piddi). Most of them are supporter of Pappu (an Indian politician).
They also claim that Gandhi surname should rule the India because they believes in Nepotism.
Though the number of Piddi is decreasing day by day, as people are now more educated and having more information because of internet connection.
They are often mistaken as anti national by sanghi, but it may not be true always.

A: hey, do you know the full form of NPR?
B: no, I am a Piddi, let me Google it.
A: do you believe in Nepotism?
B: yes, because I am Piddi.

Involves spinning remedial job responsibilities as key managerial roles, single-day volunteer experiences as transformational accomplishments, and web sites created in 10 hours or less as ingenious entrepreneurial ventures. Known to induce gag reflexes amongst millenials, and hard-ons amongst baby boomers.

Percy Buckington graduated with a 2.5 GPA and had never actually worked a day in his life. But with proper resume padding, he was able to convince the committee that his trip to the most luxurious resort in Nigeria was a major humanitarian venture, and he had the web site to prove it. He was thus able to gain acceptance to almost every top MBA program.

H. Piddy 

In the popular viral rap video, Harry Potter in the Hood, the lead, dressed as Potter, refers to himself several times as H. Piddy.

Sample lyric:
"He's a magic man, he puts the hex in the city
Don't call him Harry Potter
Cuz my name is H. Piddy"

Many young people now use the term when referencing not only the rapper's character in the music video but the character of Harry Potter as well.
