"Gangsta" way of telling your friend to keep his penis flaccid when near something that could erect it.
In other words, you are telling him to "hang it low," like a flaccid penis. To make sure he knows how low it should be, you tell him "like a camel toe," which can be pretty dang low.

A hot piece of ass walks by so you tell your friend, "Dude! Hang it low like a camel toe!"

When one is being told to “hang it up” that means that you need to let it go, or move on. Also can be used in reference to one being lame and out of touch with something.

“Hang It Up” also similarly refers to retirement.

Made popular in Nicki Minaj’s 2010 song ‘Roman’s Revenge’ ft. Eminem which was a diss to Lil’ Kim.

Said when about to shake hands, but instead the hand is pulled up & away with the thumb pointed backwards while saying the phrase. Meant to be a joke, but creates mass confusion and an awkward situation instead.

1. To kill one's self, usually a prison term, to hang yourself with a sheet. Also a good way to wind up naked, in a paper johnny, in the infirmary, only say to screws who know you're kidding.

A term used jokingly where I'm from. I don't know if it is used anywhere else.
