Anybody who actually believes any form of exercise apart from ACTUAL exercise will work for them just as well when in actual fact they're just too lazy to do it properly.

John: So I heard Steve is using those new supplements that supposedly get you ripped in less than 2 weeks?

Dave: He's just using that as an exerscuse so he doesn't have to get off Xbox live.
