Already Taken Disqualification

Someone who is already in a relationship and is not eligible to hookup with or get with you and/or them.
Jason: Is your ex texting you again? I guess he's already heard that you broke up with your boyfriend.
Charmaine: I think he's trying to get drafted during Transfer Season. For some reason he's ignoring the Already Taken Disqualification.
Jason: That guy's got a bad case of CharMania. I could see him wearing a t-shirt with your face on it!

disqualification

deprivation of the right to win or participate because of violation of rules, etc.
dumbass: i got a disqualification for the darwin awards because i didn't die. i should have got one for rendering myself unable to reproduce and pass on my genes, though.

non-dumbass: HOW FUCKING PATHETIC DO YOU HAVE TO BE THAT YOU GET DISQUALIFIED FOR A DARWIN AWARD?

jobbing by disqualification

Losing if you use a weapon in a disqualification match. For example, in the Summer of 2003 Brock Lesnar begun a series of jobbing by disqualification.
Also Spongebob Sqaurepants jobbed by disqualification by pushing Gary.
Spidey sense for evading poop on the street, canine or otherwise.
When walking in NYC or LA, you need shitdar.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
