During the summer months, middle-aged Chinese men roll up their shirts or t-shirts all over China, creating a sort of bikini as they are revealing their abdominal area and lower back. Thus the glorious, aptly named: chinkini.
It can look even more amusing when chinkini-wearing Chinese men are drunk on bai jiu and/or swearing at the high temperature.

A Chinkini is a surgical mask not worn correctly during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The person wearing the mask has a mask on but instead of the mask covering their airways, nose and mouth and protecting them fully they have instead opted to wear a mask that they have pulled down onto their chin offering them absolutely no protection at all.

Hey pull your chinkini up will ya, your coughing and spluttering all over the fruit and veg.

Derived from the words Chin - in - it.

A term used to describe ones chin on/in a bongs mouth piece. Usually a tactic used to hold the bong while packing a bowl or just preparing to light the said bowl.
