(2) to reparate- the act of submitting reparations to those who were immorally uncompensated for events that brought harm and hardship to the specific minority group.

Suppose we want to show that America’s system is genuinely apologetic for administering policies that have harmed Black Americans for generations. In that case, the U.S. government should make motions to reparate those who have been affected by systematic errors. With similarities to Native American Reparations given by the U.S. government.

Repartero 

A genre of urban Cuban music originating in the poorer neighborhoods of Cuba, especially the El Cerro and Jesus Maria neighborhoods of Havana. It is stylistically a fusion between reggaeton, latin hip hop, and latin dance music, with many unique Rumba and Salsa flavors incorporated into the mix. Very popular among the youth in Cuba, especially.
Some popular artists of this genre would be Chocolate MC, Jorge Jr., Lobo King Dowa, Iyawo Oggun, NKM 01, Popy, El Chulo, El Kimiko, and El Taiger.

Waiter Reparations, slang. A waiter that has been stiffed and under-tipped by the African-American community so many times that he or she believes their obligations for the evils of slavery have already been fulfilled.

“I’ve already paid my fair share to the blacks by the lack of money I did not make when I was waiting tables. I’ve done my part in paying waiter reparations.”
