A disease mostly found in kids or teenagers (typically around 10-16 years) that is obsessed with either of the following: Fortnite, modern rappers, gold chains, or any type of expensive shoes. Most of the time they're an asshat and talk too much. They like to boast or talk alot about what they're obsessed with. Basically modern douchebaggery on another level.

Hey, remember that one guy we were talking to? He seemed like he had fuckboyism since he was talking about how much wins and v-bucks he has in Fortnite, not only that but he just seemed annoying, showing off his expensive Jordans.

Example One:
Person A: Dude I went to this fye party last tuesday on monday, it was too fye!!!!!
Person B: WTF??? Lame ass, you went to a fye party??? I went to this one party that was just FUCKERISTIC, girls was going buck wild dancing on everything......

Example Two:
