Noun

1. Lower life form of human defined but the level of bumdigitiness of their inherent behaviors which include the following examples: not maintaining a clean house or yard, waking neighbors up by fighting or partying all hours of the night, long criminal histories, neglecting animals, frequent trips to Walmart to stock up on Doritos, Mountain Dew, etc. Total lack of respect or empathy for other humans including their offspring (which they have been known to eatin the early larval stages) , stank breath and common appearances on Judge Judy.
Our Bumdiggity Ass neighbor needs to rake up the their leaves and proceed to playing in heavy traffic.
