one of the first schools of interior design, teaching basic rules for combining materials so that there's no clash.
both the practical art and the sensibility of placing things in any given space, so that one just feels good.
is it the directional energy that the ancients were fearing when placing their bed, or just the draft?

something you definitely need, regardless of how old you are, and untouchable you feel right now (me, at 18), to make sure you will always age gracefully (aka. for sure less wrinkles and sunspots). use A LOT! pick the highest SPF you can find, and reapply regularly, the sun has no mercy! and keep in mind that, broadly speaking, right now, that SPF pretty much refers to how often you need to reapply. understand the difference between a chemical sunscreen and a mineral one, read some reviews and pick the type you are most comfortable with. and yes, one will make you look a bit more white when it has a higher SPF, but it's healthier.
a tan is a skin burn, so it's damaged skin. embrace your natural, initial, skin colour, and don't blindly follow current beauty trends. think about your future look.
stick to the shadows, if you're seeing natural light around, this means the sun hits you in some way already, don't worry so much about your vitamin D, that's not how you optimise heath for your bones (but do go and check to see if you have a vitamin D deficiency, it might be genetic, and you might need supplements, you might need to take some vitamin D3).
don't go to the beach to get a tan, go for the view, the salty air, the vast open space for swimming, or just the pleasure of hanging around in water, if that's more your style.

music genre that can infuse even the most sad romantic song with anger, making you feel the bitterness behind the soft flowing words, previously too subtle, before this translation, teaching us not to make the mistake of idealising toxic, co-dependant situations, and glorifying drama as passion - "It must have been love", a good example, and what many like to focus on when looking at their relationships.
for the keen introspecter, there will be truth to the words "heavy metal broke my heart".

evil human impulse personified by humans as a separate entity, most likely to blame others for their own bad choices.

(alternate versions to the sexual implication)
1. to prove a point and establish absolute authority
2. that cool hip upcoming prison
3. a malefic poetry contest. that verse tornado, that ravishes the audience and leaves a mark on the contestants. pure poetry! right?
4. that old, but still cool, Onyx song.

Doug: on his show, John Oliver did a wicked slam on the wicked US slam system. "Disgusted, busted"! (quoting Onyx) activism poetry, hard to compete there.

cardio activity that, despite its huge popularity and cult status, is actually not that great for your joints, gradually destroying your knees, in particular, at an accelerated pace.
searching this quickly online will tell you that you can avoid knee pain after running by "icing your knees" and "taking anti-inflammatory medication as needed", but this alone should tell you running is not actually healthy for you in the first place, for real! why not pick to have good knees when you are in your 80s?
if you do insist in picking this activity, over kinder ones, like swimming, biking, or power walking, for example, as a challenge, to prove yourself or just because you wanna purely impress when prancing around in aesthetic athletic gear or mentioning your average pace, do be mindful to: select adequate shoes, take some supplements to help your joins, like glucosamine, avoid running downhill, always just uphill, build good form, to reduce impact and wobbling on stepping, skip running on asphalt and pick running tracks, thread mills or dirt paths that are even, and do a lot of leg exercises, to build up your surrounding muscles, so that they take pressure off the knees.
