A variation on the Mexican "Mole" sauce. The phrase was coined to describe a Mole sauce which was so purely hot that it cleansed not only your bowels but your soul as well. However over time the meaning changed to mean simply a frightfully shocking occurrence.

A person who is so stupid that they have taken the word moron to such an extreme that it flipped over.

Colloquialization of "You bet your ass" indicating that said event is so sure to occur that you can safely bet your own ass on the matter without worry. This is meant as a metaphor and implies no prejudice concerning the actual weight of said ass.
