1. when two or more cops bust somebody, for a speeding violation.

2. when two police cars are parked opposite ways in order for them to talk to each other, about the awesome speeding tickets that they just gave out.

*usually occurs in the suburbs where police have nothing better to do with themslves.

an inebriated conversation with someone. this can occur while trippin face or being high.
The conversation would consist of nothing important and usually is endless ramblings.
