In social media, it means “alternate account”, which is basically a 2nd (or 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc.) account that you have. Usually an alt is used less than your main account.

allahu akbar 

An Muslim saying in Arabic that roughly translates to "Allah is the greatest".

"الله أكبر" = basically the same thing but actually written out with the arabic alphabet

A military medal that is given to a U.S. Army soldier who was wounded in battle by an enemy soldier, or to a soldier who is related to an MIA or killed soldier who was killed/missing in battle

short for missing in action. basically a member of the armed forces who didn't return home after serving, and whose whereabouts are unknown. may or may not be dead
