420 has nothing to do with hitlers birthday or any police code and it damn sure has nothing to do with how many chemicals are in weed (there are so many different types of weed how would any one know). its a simple as this sutistics show that,4:20am is when most people start sobern up and partys end people are ready to relax so they get high.
