Webs.com is a website-builder tool used by small businesses and communities. They boast a drag-and-drop builder so simplistic that a drunk 90-year-old could handle it, and an absolute knockoff of Weebly.com's for more than triple the price.

Also, their customer service representatives are probably robots.
