Someone who not only spends every possible minute doing something Rocky-related, but also hangs about the cast and tries to suck up for a role. Often sucks at acting, winds up being let in the cast out of pity, and is usually stuck playing a Trannie, with hopes of someday playing Riff or Magenta. People like this are usually underage and immature, and one bad experience will usually turn them off Rocky for ever.
