14 piece dismemberment
When you take a 3 inch or shorter dagger and saw off the feet of a victim at the ankles, then saw off the lower legs, then the upper legs, then the hands at the wrists, then the lower arms, then the upper arms, then, just before he dies from a lack of blood, you slit his throat and cut off his head. So called because when you get done, there's 14 pieces of the body.
Osiris was a victim of a 14 piece dismemberment.
When King Arthur did a 14 piece dismemberment to Igraine, you could hear the sound of her spurting blood colliding with his shiny silver plate armor, as well as her screams of pain as her flesh was sliced open.

ffck
Colonial America version of the Linux command 'fsck', the File System Consistency Check. Back in those days the esses looked like effs.
When you don't run ffck on your Fedora partition with the Bible on it, you might get something like Thou Fhalt Commit Adultery.

drives to the mailbox
Describing of a person of unfathomably great laziness. Looks for every opportunity to get out of work. Even trivial chores are too much of a finger lift for them. So called because they will get into their car, turn the key, adjust the mirrors, put on their seatbelt, and drive to the mailbox that is at the end of their driveway.

1-bit marriage
Like a 1 bit number, it's either on or off. You either have a spouse or you don't. Unfortunately it's the standard in the United States of America and you can't have more.
America is a country where you can only have a 1-bit marriage, but they don't care if the spouse is the same gender as you.

3-bit marriage
A state of being where you can have up to 7 spouses. Used a lot in Arabian countries. 3 bits (2 cubed) can store up to a value of 8, and you have 0 for no spouse, leaving you with 7 wives/husbands.
Yassin the Turk felt the limitations of the 3-bit marriage were too tight and converted to Cycle-Accurate Mormonism so he could have a 15-bit marriage and have a bigger family.

15-bit marriage
Denoting a state of being where you are freely allowed to have from 0 to 32,767 wives/husbands. Two to the 15th power is 32,768, and there is also the state of having no spouse, so the values are from zero to thirty-two thousand, seven hundred and sixty seven. So one could have either 32,767 wives or any combination of wives and husbands in one family adding up to 32,767. The original Mormons were engineered with a 15-bit marriage, the highest in post-100A.D. history.
The Mormons had the resplendent promise of giving the user a 15-bit marriage, but in 1890 they caved in to government pressure to be cycle-inaccurate and therefore have only one spouse.
When I die I hope I can have a 15-bit marriage in Heaven.
