When someone is trying to discreetly do something on purpose to drop a hint that would be rude to say out loud, they'll say "oops" to pretend that it was accidental.

A mom enters a checkout lane with four screaming little brats.
Annoyed, the man standing behind her drops a package of condoms in the woman's cart and says, "Oops!" but he does not remove the package.

Stanning 

The act of excessively worshipping a character (real or fictional), usually one who is explicitly stated and/or shown to be not exactly morally upright, if not outright evil. Often, someone who stans will completely ignore all of the negative things about the character, or excessively downplay the negative parts to an illogical degree.

Please stop stanning Dream. He cheated in a speedrun, and for what? Are you saying cheaters are people who should be looked up to?

After John's three kids wouldn't stop fighting on the way to Disneyland, he lost his temper.
