Mistakes

How do you keep a decent idea or someone's best efforts from slipping away? If the wrong hands can record it (or have it recorded), they can copy it and turn it (into bullshit) against somebody in no time, then the wrong hands prevail again. They can do that with just about anything in life, and they can spin it a lot of different ways.
The football team wasn't pushovers last week, the wrong hands had to get something to steal/copy to turn them into the pushovers they said they were this week, but the football team had already forgotten that and was now focused on mistakes and what they did wrong again, trying to hold everyone but the wrong hands accountable, when really making mistakes is human. Perfection is for machines, and because they are made by humans, they make errors too every now and then.

It's better to lose as yourself than change to win over a little pressure from somebody else as someone other than you were before you lost.
Losing one game, a few games, or even many games isn't worth trading your soul in for a winning team. Stay true to you and it isn't everything to win, just like losing games and loss doesn't make or break you. There's always going to be adversity, but losing a game isn't the same thing as the fall of a city or state to invaders because it's just a stupid fucking sport.

No matter what anybody tells you, you don't have to change something about yourself every time you lose, and if you're already taking accountability for something, you don't have to take more accountability than what you're already taking, and if somebody tells you that you do, you can tell them to go fuck themselves. Refusing to change, refusing to step up when somebody tells you that you have to, refusing to start demanding more of others when someone starts demanding more of you or puts pressure on you to do so is refusing to compromise. In reality, you don't owe some dork from another town that demands that you change or take more accountability anything.
Loss is not a good or legitimate reason to change anything, everything happens for a reason, including losing a game here and there. It's just a stupid fucking sport, no matter who tries to make it more than that with demands or pressure.

Hero complex

Someone that portrays themself as a hero.
The first responder was always the first one there, and though nobody questioned his/her hero complex, there weren't too many other people that wanted the world to burn.

Abomination

The Hulk's evil red twin.
The abomination agreed with Chun Li that his evil green twin was not the superhero he seemed to think he was.

The color that's really driving many people if not most beneath the surface, no matter what they wanted to do when they grew up as a kid, or what they claim to be passionate about/experienced with/skilled at the age they are now. Red and blue, be it a political party (Democrat or Republican) or a gang (Bloods and Crips) is really just an afterthought for most people that seem to belong to it (part of the collective whole, the machine) on the surface.
Dollar signs are green no matter what political party or gang people claim to be affiliated with, and they are what many if not most people seem to want, what makes them tick or motivates them. Sometimes you don't even have to take something apart to know what is in it, it's already right in front of you.

Panhandlers

Some of the panhandlers had taken enough from people without the pandhandling (via donations for various charitable causes, save this or that building or organization through the pandemic, and so on to fund their continued control of an area they're not even originally from) and lived like kings or queens when nobody was looking, but knew that in addition to dollar signs, they would get attention to go with their behavior, and attention for them was power to push or pull others. If they gained any local stripes, guess what they were going to do to the locals with them besides take more from them.
