ex cop
What a cop would be if he got as authoritative and hostile with a female as he routinely does with males. Males are conditioned to accept authoritative behavior and hostility from both sexes from about the time they are born, while females are taught that they are human and don't have to put up with anyone's shit (but that it's okay if other people put up with theirs).
A cop wouldn't have to kill a female to become an ex cop or go to prison over an interaction with a female civilian, all he would have to do is get as authoritative and hostile with her as he did with male civilians on a regular basis. Female lives must be worth a lot more than male lives, male lives must be junk and female lives must be critical.

equality
When a silly female can wake up a black eye after a night of partying and her silly friends can laugh about it instead of try to have someone killed or imprisoned over it, there will be equality, because mlaes will become as powerful as females if that ever happens. Until females begin to take their lives as often as males, go to jail for the same amount of time as males for the same crimes, and authority figures no longer take it easy on them or give them breaks (they get as authoritative with females as they do males) for things ranging from traffic tickets to everything else, (and when as many unarmed females are being shot by the police as unarmed males) females will no longer be the most powerful people, everyone will be equally powerful. When more female kids are getting ass whoopings from their parents, as many as males, then there will be equality.
The people that whine the most about equality (not making as much money for the same job) usually don't appreciate how fortunate they really are, because their lens is too narrow to see beyond their own gripes.

The stadium moving was more transformative than one restaurant getting a boost, a lot of other longtime restaurants would lose business to give the one restaurant benefitting from the project a boost.

Billionaire muscles
Kind of like beer muscles, where some billionaires think they can walk over the little guy/people that oppose some of their plans/agenda. Some billionaires get the idea in their head that they are the hand that feeds everybody.
The guy/girl used his/her billionaire muscles to threaten to move sports teams unless people were taxed to keep them where they were (kind of like hostages). It was one of the many things a billionaire could do that others couldn't, and he/she often took advantage of it to fuck with people that he/she thought were weaker. Elite billionaires don't have to give a fuck what the little people want, they know that democracy doesn't get anybody too far when they are the ones building everything.

Cardiac cats
The team that hasn't been allowed to play ever since David Tepper became owner and took the team's spirit, showing some people that no matter how much money you have, even if it can buy you a winning team, there are things it can't buy. When there is a constant threat of guys losing their jobs if they don't meet a puppeteer's expectations, their life is being made beyond difficult, aand it's not a good way to stay focused on what you're doing (it's an ongoing distraction).
Some people miss the Cardiac cats and wonder if they're ever coming back, since they have been replaced by a lot of new uncertainty that wasn't there when Jerry Richardson was.
