Cooperation 

Anybody trying to force someone or a group of people to do something they want is of course going to tell people they got cooperation from everybody else.

He/she knew that more people would do what he/she wanted them to by saying that he/she was getting cooperation from everybody else (or that their was no resistance to his/her plan).

Decided 

Anything that is decided without meeting or discussion isn't democratic (and isn't symbolic of the will of any group of people) by nature, no matter what it is made to look like.

Aging 

When you get to head home and go to bed early if you want to without feeling like you're missing out on something, or feeling like a loser, ashamed of not being out doing something.

Aging is part of life, there's no sense in trying to stay stuck in your early 20's forever mentally.

Will Ferrell 

A guy that got beguiled most, if not all of his life by people around him because he would rather make people happy than fight, even at times that it made more sense to fight. People aren't going to tell you when they really think you're a sucker, and not a funny guy, no matter what they try to tell you that you are.

People trust Will Ferrell, but he's a little too naive and trusting himself.
