Washington Redskins

Having a team called the Washington Redskins didnt get a guy in Minneapolis murdered by a cop. Neither did having a Confederate Statue in a Southern town. The cop did that on his own, and Confederate Statues and sports were not on his mind when he killed George Floyd.

The Washington Redskins have about as much to do with George Floyd's death as a penguin has to do with ISIS, yet the name didnt change until after all the bullshit around George Floyd's death spread like a wildfire.

Rudy

Rudy is the most popular guy in school. The interesting thing about Rudy is that he's five foot nothing and 135 lbs, but he's captain of the football team. Nobody has to ask where the party is, they know it's at Rudy's house. When they drive over to Rudy's, they feel like losers for driving the cars they drive instead of having a car like Rudy's.

Freshman- I feel like I'm watching Lord of the Rings I just saw a hobbit over there.
Guy who's popular but not as popular as Rudy-That guy you just called a hobbit, that's the most popular guy in school and if you don't want the girls to think you're a loser you should start being nice to Rudy.

Conceding

There's no sense in conceding an election before all the votes are counted, it's the same thing as giving up to the other guy. If the other guy wouldn't relinquish power even if he lost, why would you concede to him? There's not much point in having higher ground to stand on if the other guy is still there telling you where and how to stand.

Conceding an election is pointless, the other guy thinks of it as weakness. The other guy is glad he ran against somebody too dumb and weak (obedient/compliant) to get to where they wanted to go, that's how they look at it.

When you see a guy/girl smiling and waving at you at the same time, he/she likely wants to get you dead in a hurry. Especially if it's not a wave goodbye.

Narcissism

Liking who you are, and not feeling like you need to change who you are or what you (or your body) look like is not the same thing as being in love with yourself, so it's not narcissism. Bullshit people tell you it's all narcissism, then after they try and get you to focus on every flaw, the same bullshit people call it insecurity. Bullshit people want you to think you're more insecure than you really are so that you'll want to change, to transform into something you will like, then try and call it narcissism if you actually end up liking yourself, so really any changes you would make would be pointless in the first place, they were never needed and neither were the people who suggested the changes.

Being yourself and liking it(liking who you are) is not the same thing as narcissism. With people who like to call people narcissistic a lot, sometimes the pot is calling the kettle black, and the kettle is good the way it is. Sometimes the people that need a taste of their own shit the most are the ones trying to give other people a taste of theirs all the time.
