b) (noun) an offensive term for people who quetch all the time.

son comes home from school and starts screaming : oh this horrible Canadian climate; why can't it stop snowing already, it's mid January, I want spring.

mother: stop being such a quetch, you've complaining about this weather for the last 3 days. Don't like the climate, you can move from Montreal to let's say, Naples, Italy.
