She is a character from Sorcerous Stabber Orphen. Orphen and his friends encounters Fiena in an isolated town in the forest. The people of this town have been isolated from the outside world for many, many years, and they all worship the Deep Dragon, these things that live in the forest that look like giant blue wolves. Fiena is the miko, the priestess of the Deep Dragon, and has a wolf's head on her chest to mark that. Therefore she is highly respected, and has some nifty magical powers like healing and entering people's dreams and stuff. She and Magik take to each other immediately, but for spoiler reasons, she is completely unable to leave her village.

He is a character from Soul Calibur series. Maxi, the pirate from Ryukyu(present-day Okinawa, Japan), led a crew of trustworthy men and lived carefree on the high seas. Having traveled throughout the seas of Asia, Maxi looked to the west for new lands to explore and sailed a southerly route towards Europe. While docked at a harbor in India, he encountered Kilik, a young man searching for Soul Edge. Unfortunately, this proved to be a star-crossed encounter. The hidden evil resident within Kilik attracted unwanted attention from a horde of monsters. The ensuing battle took the lives of Maxi's crew, who were helpless against these nightmarish foes. Kilik and Maxi were the only survivors of the bloody carnage.

Volcano Volcan

Another character from Sorcerous Stabber Orphen. Volcan and his younger brother Dorchin are short but not necessarily kids(in the books they are from another race inhabiting the southern region of the continent, but apparently that's never mentioned in the anime, they are practically indestructable), and apparently borrowed money from Orphen and are refusing to pay it back, extorting the interest from them is one of his primary sources of amusement. All things considered Volcan deserves whatever he gets for the most part. Actually, Volcan was the one who borrowed the money, but his long-suffering brother is included in the mess, it seems. Volcan is the loud, pushy one, and Dorchin is the meeker, quieter one, who reminds Volcan that they have to listen to Orphen because they do owe him money. These two run into Orphen now and then, usually causing trouble or aiding him if forced to. Volcan can be bribed, but Dorchin is more likely to do something because it's the right thing to do.

He is the main character of Sorcerous Stabber Orphen anime. Orphen is a wandering "kuromajutsushi"(Black Sorcerer) who travels from town to town seemingly without any real purpose. He wears the dragon pendant which marks him as a graduate of the famous magic school, the Kiba no Tou(Fang Tower) but it's a bit hard to believe that this wandering bum could really be such a talented sorcerer, especially when he can barely pay his bills. He is a moneylender, and at some point in the past lent Volcan some money which Volcan has yet to pay back. Therefore, Orphen shamelessly forces the two brothers to do what he wants them to. He thinks it's his right to torture them, since they haven't paid him back yet. At the beginning of the anime, he has been staying in Totokanto for about a year, "teaching" Magik sorcery in exchange for room and board at the inn. He's keeping an eye on the Sword of Bart Andels, which is being kept in the Everlasting mansion, since he knows the dragon Bloody August will be after the sword.

Balt Anders

Literally is an barutoanderusu. It's been romanized all sorts of weird ways. Valt Andres, Bart Anders, and so on. There is only a little solid info about what this name is supposed
to mean:

1) The kanji for "barutoandersu" read "tsuki no monshou no ken"(the
Sword of the Coat of Arms of the Moon) a "tsuki no monshou" means that the crest or the coat of arms on the sword is a moon.

2) According to ryuuen, in the O-fen encylopedia or something, his name is
translated to mean, "always something else" or something like that.

3) Ryuuen posted to a JP BBS asking how to romanize the name, and they replied that they thought it was based on a German folktale.

4) It's Baldanders(Bahlt-ahnderz). Split up into two words, bald and anders, it means "soon" "something
else/different". Baldanders is a... thing... from a book by Hans Jakob Christoffel von Grimmelshausen. It's called "Der Abenteuerliche Simplicissimus Teutsch", and it was written 1668-1669.

5) Baldanders changes into a bird and flies off, and the hero wonders what kind of devilish magic he taught him, and whether Baldanders really wasn't the devil after all.

6) Baldanders was a magical creature who specialized in transformation and
probably had some tricks up his sleeve.
