She has a pinky stand which can unleash a loud crappy noise which drives people insane within a radius. She's also the Jojo with the shittiest hair ever, even part 4 Josuke has better hair than that.

Josiwa Kujo is the mentally disabled Jojo who goes on another Bizarre adventure in part 9, Jojosiwa.
