If you do not know the rule that exponential growth always surpass linear & quadratic growth at some point, do not make an idle game. A term used when you really don't want to do something, but you do it anyways because it's necessary.

I'd rather not finish all my homework today because it's not due soon, but I'll have to bite the bullet or my parents will get angry.

FW

Failed Withdrawal. This occurs if a student stops attending a course after the withdrawal deadline.

If you are absent 3 times in this course, you will be dropped from it. If the withdrawal deadline has passed when this happens, you will receive a grade of FW.

When you break even on something, or when two opposite things cancel out.
