This is a name for someone who is so dumb that they advocate for communism without investigating just how devastating communism has been for the people who live under communism.
There are a number of United States members of congress who are practice dumbunism. Dumbunists are dumb enough to embrace communism without learning about how it elevates poverty and inhibits economic growth.
