A drug trafficker who illegally stores and traffics crack cocaine from one location to another, like a Cowboy who herds cattle. Hence the name, Cocaine cowboy.

An old object, e.g. a car, an instrument, a device, etc. which is still operational and reliable.

Jimmy's old reliable was his 1969 Ford Mustang, which he restored from his grandfather after gaining ownership of it.
