Bottlenose 

A person or thing that is a real pain. They're annoying, or in the case of a object they don't work. Can also be used in place of verb.

can be altered for certain occasions, Bottlenosing. Or shortened, Bottle, Bottling.

"Man, steve is really being a bottlenose today!"

"This computer is a friggen bottlenose, it never works!"

"Remember that time Lauren went bottlenosing into the curb?"

An annoying friend who always seems to bring up stupid points and goes on and on about them.

A person who if they were talking on on a SNL skit, the people would laugh at even though he wasn't trying to funny, he's points are just stupid.
