Puerto Rican Yo-Yo

An uncommon activity where two people get butt ass naked, then the giver covers the reciever in ketchup and manhandles the reciever's tongue. The giver pulls up and down on the tongue, making the reciever's body go up and down like a yo-yo. (Giver must have exceptional upper body strength)

Girl 1: "omg chad gave me a puerto rican yo-yo last night and my tongue still hurts"
