flow 

1) When an off-road cyclist is able to negotiate a regular route without thinking about it, he is able to "flow".

2) The way a racing track for off-road mountain bikers is planned and prepared; it must have good "flow".

"I'm getting the flow of the route now."

Common British slang for "stolen".

Male who is so passionate about bird-spotting her will rush anywhere in the UK at a moment's notice just to see some rare bird.

Person who spots trains for a hobby. Usually the preserve of sad anoraks.
