On older public transport vehicles, a desto roll is a big sheet with destinations written on it, that is rolled up, and the driver of the public transport vehicle can control which destination the roll displays by winding and unwinding the desto roll through a control inside of the driver's cab.

winter skill issue
Winter skill issue is the phenomenon in which a person's performance in a video game is significantly worse during winter and its surrounding months, or even just cold weather in general. The causes for winter skill issue could be anything from cold hands making it more difficult to aim in a shooter game or just general discomfort in cold weather translating to worse performance.
