So how tough is Emerald WEAPON? It's basic attack does about 7,000 points of damage (3,500 with MBarrier) and causes DeBarrier so it can immediately knock out a character. Once its smaller lasers open, it can hit the party with 8 consectutive attacks. The yellow lasers drain 300-500 MP and the blue lasers drain 1,500-3,000 HP with each hit. To make matters worse, it can also hit the team with its super weapon (Aire Tam Storm. Does 1,111 points of damage for every Materia you have) that can do up to 9,999 points of damage to each character. (Tip: If you don't use any magic, except for healing, Emerald won't do this attack.) As far as HP goes, this creature has about 1,200,000 and you've only got 20 minutes to destroy it or it's game over.

This a great attack against a single enemy or a huge group. Each missile causes several thousand points of damage to most enemies, plus the total damage is cumulative.

Get the dentist mug.Appears in FF7 when you leave the City of the Ancients after using the Key. Despite its tough appearence, a beginner could easily beat this thing. All of its attacks are Magic and are relatively weak, but watch out for Diamond Flash. Have a character equipped with Ribbon and Cure-All. Then use Echo Screens to cure Silence. Invulnerable to most physical attacks until it prepares to do Diamond Flash.

Get the Diamond WEAPON mug.The second easiest WEAPON to beat in FF7. It takes the longest and is a pain to track down after each battle. The WEAPON itself is not too tough. To engage combat, wait for it to hover, then ram it with your airship. Most of its attacks do 1,500-3,000 points of damage. After taking 5,000-10,000 points of damage, the WEAPON will fly away and you have to track it down. Repeat this until the final battle over Cosmo Canyon where it will crash and destroy much of the canyon. Watch out for Ultimate's final attack, Shadow Flare, doing 5,000 points of damage if blocked by MBarrier. The rewards for your success are the Ultima Weapon and access to the Ancient Forest.
I was so pissed at Ultimate Weapon for making me take 20 minutes track it down, so I used KOTR and it headed straight for Cosmo Canyon.
