Black Ops 

A military term that is an operation that is either non-bearing, has neither bad nor good outcome, or no responsibility.
Known from Intelligence sections of countries to sabotage enemies, getting the honor if accomplished. But if failed, they have no responsibility, and the operator or agent is to blame.

Intel Agent Head: This mission is a Black Ops.
Intel Agent: *Shoots down Agent Head*.

Fans use this term for a PBA team that was eliminated either in elimination or playoff up to semis. Boracay is known for vacations, in short, the team that was on early vacation. Champions of this cup is the greatest loser of the teams.
