When I asked Diane, my surgeon’s assistant, about why I hadn’t heard back from her, she let me know that she had been working 24/7, so I said “no hurries; no worries”, and then thought of an acronym for it, “nohnow” pronounced (know how) and means just that: no hurries, no worries”.

A prejudice, no gender, culture, or socioeconomic demographic is exempt, against an individual who is suffering from a any form of Substance Use Disorders, which I abbreviate to SUDs.
My daughter, Jessica, who now has a posthumous CBC documentary about her and her partner’s journey with SUDs titled “Jessica’s Secret”, was treated by many who did not understand her illness with sudsphobia.
