A somewhat unintelligent chinese cross breed, known to live in mountains and survive off bread crumbs tossed by tourists. Originally thought to have started as the result of a sperm cell implantation in the majestic evil labs of Dr. Zerteg! Here lies the clans only true means of reproduction. That of artifically implanting sperm cells in unattentive female bypassers. Annually as part of a ritual, tribal members run into to town and steal notebook computers, often latter attempting to hack into labrotories of the United States government.
