Re-opening Anxiety

The anxiety of post COVID-19 opening of everything without social distancing or sanitary precautions.
Also know as re-entry anxiety.
The thought of going back to our old filthy, pre-COVID-19 habits is giving me re-opening anxiety. Puleeeaaasseee let's at least not go back to the unsanitary, nasty habit of shaking hands!

Outfit-Anxiety

When you're stressing about what to wear to an event, or even some every day thing.
I've gotten so used to wearing my pandemic-pants, that I had total outfit-anxiety while getting ready for Candi and Ben's wedding. I had it all picked out, ready the night before, then changed my mind shortly before walking out the door and changed the whole thing. What's the point of all the anxiety? As if anyone cares!

Dancing-Lips

When you're trying to kiss, but your favorite dance song is playing and your lips keep time with the music.
John and Jane were in the middle of very romantic kissing, when Jane's favorite dance song started playing. John didn't know what was happening when Jane got dancing-lips, and couldn't help kissing in time to the music.

Dirty-Dish-Tolerance, aka DDT

John has a much higher dirty-dish-tolerance, aka DDT, than Jane, so she ends up doing most of the dishes. She wonders if she is just encouraging him to do even less, but oh well, no big deal in the big picture.

Death by Bliss

When you have a habit that is clearly bad for your health, but it gives so much happiness...pure joy and bliss, that you just stick with it anyway.
After a life of struggling through sleepless nights, Jane discovered cognac. Now when she wakes in the night, sipping some cognac makes her tickle, giggle, then fall back into a blissful sleep. She know it's unhealthy in the long term, but it's pure joy every single night. She's willing to accept death by bliss.
