All right?

Used interjectionally at the end of a statement to make sure that what you just said is understood, and sometimes also to indicate that you want the subject dropped.
"Kenny, for the second time, you may wear only a baseball cap and a winter jacket. Nothing impressive, because you don't have liability insurance. All right?" said the claims examiner.

No!

"Don't do that!" Used after someone's name for emphasis when telling them not to do something, especially when they defy you.
"Jake, no!" exclaimed Ben as Jake tried to take a seventh cupcake. "Why?" asked Jake. "Because I get seven cupcakes and you get only six cuppycakes!" yelled Ben with angry eyebrows and a narrow open mouth as he pointed his finger at Jake.

homo winter gear

Winter garments such as jackets, baseball caps or pompom snow hats worn instead of overcoats, plain skull caps or deerstalker hats. So called because such winter gear is typically worn by gay guys or pansies.
Because gay guys or pansies are denied liability insurance, they may only wear homo winter gear, such as winter jackets, baseball caps or pompom snow hats. Such winter gear does not require liability insurance.

"I'm sorry, Tom, said his dad, "but because your mother and I are fostering a two-year-old, we cannot afford liability insurance for you. So you may only wear homo winter gear, your winter jacket and pompom snowhat or your baseball cap. You may look like a pansy, but that's the way it is." Tom was secretly gay anyway, so wearing homo winter gear really wouldn't hurt him.

Mallet Head

Definition: a person whose head is a rectangle,or the head itself. Also used to mean a person with a vacuous mind. A mad scientist would be a good example of a mallethead.
"If I had known you were only going that far, mallethead, I would have stayed in,"Amy told her friend Jim,after he fell out of the cardboard box and lost his pompom snowhat, due to his big mallethead,as he tried to boxslide downhill by himself. Down below,at the bottom of the snowy hill,Pat and Gary, wearing plain snowhats and overcoats, thought,"What a malletheadJim is, partly for wearing a pompom snowhat, and a jacket! Plain snowhats and overcoats are the ideal winter gear these days! Well,at any rate,Jim deserves to lose his hat, since his head is a mallethead and he is a mallet head!"
