Said at the end of a statement to indicate you want to make sure what you just said is understood. It can also mean that you want the subject in question closed or dropped.

"Kenny, because you do not have liability insurance,you may only wear your baseball cap and winter jacket. Nothing impressive. All right?" said the claims examiner.

Someone who has such a gift for karate.

David,Greg,Mel,Tom,Robert,and Karl are all quite the karate kids; they have all earned blackbelts in karate.

Pinwheel

A dance popular in the 1930s and 1940s, done in a squatting position,with the hands on the floor and rotating the legs round and round,thus resembling the motion of a pinwheel. It is often performed in theatrical revues and follies.

Mike,Wade,Eric,Pat,Gary,Brock,Scott,Musa,Todd,and Tony are all good at doing the pinwheel. Each of them has performed it in the Thanksgiving Follies scene in South Pacific.

tough beans!

Used to comment that something unfortunate cannot be fixed or helped, and usually also that the speaker does not seem to care that this is the case. Basically a colloquial form of “Tough!” as in “Well, that’s too bad!”

Jake: “Ben, I want seven cupcakes like you have. I hate having only six cupcakes!”
Ben:”Well, Jake,tough beans! You know the rules: seven cupcakes for me and only six cupcakes for you! So live with it!”

Said in an angry or sarcastic way to indicate that you resent being stared at when you demand privacy.

"Take a picture and it'll last longer!" pantsless 3-year-old Patrick's expression seemed to tell his cousin 10-year-old Michael and Michael's friends Josh and Frankie,as they stared at him.
"Take a picture and it'll last longer!" yelped pantsless 8-year-old Jamie,after getting depanted by the turtle and rabbit as the crowd stared at him.

U gays

Short for underwear gays, fellows whose favorite recreation is strolling around in their boxer shorts, or in underwear. Being in underwear has a way of making a fellow look gay, hence the term.

Jake and Dwayne are quite the U gays, always strolling around in their boxers. They have even made some videos on themselves in their boxers: Jake and Dwayne, the U gays, the snowman, Jake and Dwayne, the U gays, wild hair, Jake and Dwayne, the U gays, the microphone, and finally Jake and Dwayne, the U gays, six cuppycakes each instead of seven.

disc jockey

An announcer of recorded songs on the radio or at a dance. Also,as a verb,to work as a disc jockey. This term may be abbreviated as DJ in either the noun or verb sense.

Jamie is the most popular disc jockey on the local radio station; he has such a great voice for it. He also disc jockeys at various dances,including wedding receptions.
