If an individual is covered with impressive apparel or drip to the extent that they look as though they've hit constant licks, they may colloquially be referred to as a walking lick.

bool master
A bool master is an individual who has dedicated almost the entirety of their livelihoods to the art of the bool. They can bool out in any situation. The bool is in their blood. They are one with the bool.
