A phrase a technician uses when he hasn't a clue what's wrong and he doesn't want to be seen not to know what's wrong, so he talks shit!

I think the reasion that it is switching is
a back EMF from when you power up the panel?

Mini Cooper S

Large small car with no space inside. Poor performing transmission allows tandems to overtake and holds up traffic whilst guzzling petrol. Usually driven by someone without a clue (that nicer cars exist, or how to drive)
