A rare-to-impossible situation where some of the energy from an orgasm that happens to be quite stimulating is picked up by the soul causing it to leave the body, creating an out of body experience. However, no one who has had this experience has reported a light or a life review, considering it isn't death, can be lethal if the soul doesn't go back into the body for a long enough time.
