Trucker-speak for the Kenworth make of 18-wheelers. Called such because they are generally large and expensive, even for an 18-wheeler. Generally considered the Cadillac of 18-wheelers.

n. Trucker-speak. A report of the location of state troopers (smokey bears, or just bears) patrolling the road ahead, usually obtained from vehicles moving in the opposite direction which have just come from the place for which you want a bear report.
Trucker1: Break 1-9, Eastbound.
Trucker2: 10-4, this is Eastbound.
T1: How about a bear report?
T2: You're looking good all the way to Guitar Town.
T1: 4-10, trucker friend.
