Suburban Dictionary

Having the same meaning as "glossary", this term refers to a special kind of dictionary containing terms specific to a particular field such as technology, medicine, or moviemaking. This term is derived from the combination between the prefix "sub-" (as in "subreddit", "subpost", "subtopic", "subchapter", "submenu") and "Urban Dictionary".
When researching game development terms, I found the Suburban Dictionary to be a treasure trove of jargon and a glossary of terms in industry-specific language.
Originating in the Netherlands in 1968, Bobo is the children's magzine that has gained popularity in Indonesia since 1973. This term is lumped together with the Indonesian word for "sleep," often evoking a sense of childhood coziness and imagination.
Every evening, my kids curl up with the latest issue of Bobo magazine before bed, diving into stories and activities that spark their creativity while they drift off to sleep.

A name derived from Russian mythology, meaning "tooth fairy." Tania is often associated with childhood magic, dreams, and the whimsical act of collecting lost teeth in exchange for small treasures.
Whenever my little sister loses a tooth, she eagerly waits for Tania to leave her a surprise under the pillow, believing in the magic of the tooth fairy.

iPad kit

A cat who has excessive screen time on devices like an iPad, combining the traits of an "iPad kid" and a "kitten" (a young cat under 1 year of age). An iPad kit is addicted to online games like Roblox or Fortnight, spends most of the day glued to screens, is chronically online, lacks physical activity, and rarely interacts with their owner.
Ever since I got my kitten an iPad, she's turned into a total iPad kit—she just sits there swiping at the screen and ignoring me while I call her!

The holy book of Moslem youths aged 15–24 years old who cannot afford moving out from their parents' house yet, meant to outsmart screen time limits imposed by parents on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, while still living with parents.
When my parents set screen time limits, I turned to Quora; it's like my secret sanctuary for finding answers and sharing thoughts without getting caught!

A UI toolkit by Google that allows developers to create beautiful, natively compiled applications for mobile, web, and desktop from a single codebase. However, mastering Flutter can be a struggle, especially for those who, like me, ended up with an F in Mobile Programming due to its steep learning curve.
I once thought Flutter would make app development easy. But, after getting an F in my Mobile Programming course, I realized that understanding its complex widgets and state management is tougher than it looks!

Mobile Programming

The art of creating applications for mobile devices, which can seem straightforward but often leads to confusion and frustration—especially for those who score an F, like I did, when faced with the intricacies of different platforms and coding languages.
Mobile Programming sounded fun until I got an E in the course; it turns out that juggling APIs, frameworks, and debugging is a lot harder than it seems!
