A term referring to one of the symptoms of being on opioids such as (codeine
fentanyl, hydrocodone, oxycodone, morphine, methadone, and heroin)

It can obviously be identified as having extremely small pupils due to being loaded up on opioids or overdosing.

Jammed 

To be under the influence of heavy narcotics.

Mainly Oxycodone/Percocet/Morphine/etc.

In order to spot someone being totally jammed. They must be nodding off during mid-conversation, constricted pupils (almost pinpoint), and look like the usual junkie.
