Snurgle
Anyone, but typically a teenager, who eats desserts and comfort foods down to the last couple of bites (the snurgle) and leaves the almost empty containers in the fridge or freezer.
Snurglary
The act of getting up in the middle of the night and sneaking into the kitchen to raid the dessert and comfort foods, eating them down to the last few bites, before any else has a chance to have some.
We, and all of our friends, are experiencing an epidemic of snurglary in our houses. This morning, the dozen box of doughnuts I brought home last night was lying empty on the floor when my wife and I came downstairs.

A Teenager who habitually eats any and all sweets, deserts, and other comfort foods down to the last few bites, which are left in the bottom of the container.
