Get the Pippa the dogmug. A Coach USA bus company that provides service from throughout Upstate NY. Good service with very nice buses, except when they are so busy that they need to borrow lots of uncomfortable buses from sister Coach USA company Suburban.
Over the summer, I took the Shortline and it was really nice. I tried to take it again for Thanksgiving but ended up on an uncomfortable Suburban instead.
