quorn 

An edible protein that is not animal or vegetable based, developed in Europe. Quorn is a fungus and therefore not animal or vegetable, although bichemically similar to animals on the cellular level, so is a good source of nutrition. The organism from which Quorn is harvested is a batch-grown form of the tinnea fungus that causes athletes foot in humans.

Mythical river in New Zealand, used for a location of something or someone whose location is unknown to the speaker, or where time is being wasted.

Mispronunciation of the Maori name of Puhwhai, a meandering and swampy river in Northland.

insult to someone behaving in a wimpy, timid or particualrly cowardly manner according to the speaker. Used in the distant tense.

"That player is always away from the ball in every play - He should get a pair."

Christian Work Ethic 

Form of management practice, where all workers are driven to maximise output without any incentive except that of keeping thier jobs.

So-called because, as in Christanity, any rewards you wearn will only be recieved after you are dead.

Insult used to describe a male who is acting in a weak, vacillating or timid manner.

Meant to imply that in order to gain courage the person named needs to develop a "set" of testicles. See get a pair.
