Someone or something that's been so hyped up by Twitter for long and hard enough to the point that when it does drop, a deluge of disappointment is unleashed when expectations aren't met.

I wanted Terapagos to be Water/Dragon with a cool Signature move, but instead we got a mono-Normal Pokémon with its relatively unimpressive Tera Starstorm and Stellar Tera Type. What a real letdown.
