bias

A negative voltage applied to the grid of a vacuum tube in order to assist the alteration of the flow of electrons from the cathode to the plate.

the bias used for the 201A tube is 4.5 volts when the plate is at 90 volts.

A game that is not 1, not2, but infinite steps up from Counter-Strike, which is a favorite of close-minded individuals and infantile morons.

Among the countless advantages of Day of Defeat, you do not get as many immature little kids complaining about hackers, and the damage level and recoil is such that the game requires skill and is a learning process.

belch

Often used as a synonym for burp. A belch, however, is an obscenely loud, thunderous, and often foul-smelling burp.

A belch rang out signaling that the fat man had finished his meal.

the finger

The middle finger, often used in the phrase "giving the finger." This finger is used to make an offensive hand gesture when speech is inadequate.

grass

Short vegetation that grows over large areas, usually green. Grass may vary in lenth, texture, width, and color. Most areas in front of a home are covered with grass.

You can try to smoke that grass, but I bet it won't do anything.

Panzerfaust

An anti-tank weapon used by the Germans in World War II. The panzerfaust is similar to the rocet-propelled grenade and uses a shaped charge to penetrate a tank's armour.

Be careful, the tank in front of us was just knocked out with a panzerfaust!
