The London Orbital Motorway, 10 lanes wide (in places), about 100 miles in circumference and with traffic moving at about 15 mph. Also used as the term to define the limits of the area covered by Greater London

tribute band

A sad waste of space 'musical' combo who so despirately want to be like their musical heros they try to impersonate them and ended up being paid far more than their worth for doing it. The up shot is that in many cities bands and artists who play their own material are excluded from playing the better venues in the area because all the slots are filled by these third rate karioke clones.
"Sorry lads it's tribute bands only on the weekend" (A phrase often heard by original material musicians.)

Celtic

A scottish footie team, supported largely by the Irish Catholic, community whos supporters are far more open warm and friendly than the bigotted bastards who support Rangers.

calamity James

The England football teams first choice keeper. So called for his uncanny ability to play faultlessly for 89 minutes of a match and have a 1 minute nightmare sometime during the second half where will make a series of schoolboy errors which may or may not loose his side the game.

He is the number one cause of stress, panic and hairloss amoungst English football fans
England v France. Euro 2004, three minutes into injury time...
