Poop Genie 

When you rub someone’s stomach while it is aching and a loaf of poop pops out unexpectedly. The Poop Genie is similar to a genie in a bottle it appears when you rub the abdomen, but the wishes that come with this genie are the ones you don’t want.

She was rubbing my sore stomach and the Poop Genie suddenly appeared.
